Personal data (hereinafter also referred to as “data”) is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter “data subject”). A natural person is considered identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by association with an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific characteristics that reflect the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
Examples of personal data include names, addresses, email addresses, IP addresses, and login credentials.
